How do Burlington youth view volunteerism and its importance to their education and their future?
Join us on Wednesday February 18, 2026 starting at 6:00pm at the Burlington Central Library in Centennial Hall (2331 New Street, Burlington) as the CDH Youth Engagement Research Team share their findings from their year-long research project into the facilitators and barriers impacting youth volunteer engagement in Burlington. The first study of its kind in Ontario, come and learn how youth perceive the value of volunteering and ways they wish systems worked to reduce uncertainties and increase involvement.
The team's final report will be made available to event registrants prior to its full public release.
There is no cost for this event however seating is limited and pre-registration is required.
