The event will kick-off with keynote speaker Troy D. Glover, Professor in the Department of Recreation and Leisure Studies with the University of Waterloo sharing information and research on how community sport and cultural activities help reduce loneliness and build inclusivity and belonging in our communities. The morning continues with Chris Chandler of Viper Basketball sharing the Viper Basketball story and how he went from player to coach to building community through sport.
