Financial Literacy Series for Non-Profit Leaders - Part I Budgets & Financial Policies

In Part I of the Financial Literacy series, Deb Andres, Partner at SB Partners, will help you understand how to draft a budget and the value of effective budgeting, as well as how to draft financial policies and what controls need to be put in place to meet the accounting standards for charities and not-for-profits.
